James Whyte, Founding Partner

James (Jim) Whyte has over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry working in Human Resources and Health and Safety. Currently, Jim leads Whyte & Partners HR. Clients are mostly fast paced, franchised restaurants. Having worked at Cara Operations for many years, Jim understands the needs of franchisees. Through his company, Jim provides the security that is needed by ensuring that all legislated requirements are being met.

Vikas Chhabra, Partner

Vikas and Jim met while working together at CARA Airline Solutions. Joining Whyte & Partners HR in 2017, Vikas oversees the organization’s technical infrastructure.

Andrew Whyte, Director

Andrew Whyte brings strong experience in business analysis, corporate industrial relations compliance, and Human Resources. Prior to returning to Canada, he obtained a Business Degree in HR Management in Australia.

Andrew will help your business to thoroughly and effectively manage legal compliance and be responsive to non-compliance complaints.
